Outbound, one prospect at a time

Meetings with the people you actually want to meet.

Everyone else's outbound Ours

You decide exactly who is worth a conversation. We research those people one at a time, write to them about what they actually said and did, and put the ones who engage on your calendar. You pay for meetings that happen - with people who match.

The decision you're actually making

You're not choosing between agencies. You're choosing against a job req.

Hire an SDR
~$27,000

Per quarter, fully loaded - salary, tools, and the management time to run them. Six to ten weeks to fill the role, another two to three months to ramp. Your first meeting arrives somewhere in month four.

Work with us
Live in ten days

First outreach within ten business days of signature - it's in the agreement. Conversations in week two, meetings from week three. Materially less than the hire, and you can stop at the end of any quarter without a severance conversation.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is the one that matters.

  1. We define your ICP together - precisely enough to be a contract term

Not "mid-market fintech." A written specification: company criteria, person criteria, disqualifiers, and the edge cases nobody normally argues about until month two. You sign it. It becomes the definition of what we get paid for.

This session does as much for you as it does for us. Most teams arrive certain of who they're after and leave with something considerably sharper - and once it's written down, we're both aiming at the same thing.

  2. We work it one prospect at a time

We read what that specific person has said and done, then write to them about it. No merge fields, no list blast, nothing goes out that we wouldn't sign our own name to. It's slower per prospect, and that is the entire reason it works.

  3. Qualified meetings land on your calendar

With a brief on each one twenty-four hours ahead - who they are, what they said, what they'll likely ask. Plus a same-day heads-up on anything that can't wait, and a monthly report you can forward without editing.

Why this is different

Three things, and you should hold us to all of them.

You see every message we send

Verbatim, in the report - along with the replies we got, including the ones that don't flatter us. Ask anyone else you're talking to whether they'll show you their copy. The answer tells you what they're doing.

Your ICP is a contract term, not a briefing document

If someone outside it asks for a meeting, we don't book it and we don't bill you for it - we tell you about it and you can overrule us. That's an unusual amount of discipline to accept, and it's why our meeting counts are lower and better than what you'll be quoted elsewhere.

It also means changing it isn't free. A meaningful change to the specification means rebuilding the target list, the research and the messaging from the ground up, so it's charged at 75% of the original build fee. Small refinements as we learn are part of the work and cost nothing.

We tell you what isn't working, in writing

Segments we killed and why. Messages we retired. Commitments we missed. A vendor who only ever reports good news is a vendor you will fire in month four.

What arrives, and when

You will never have to ask how it's going.

Same day

A meeting booked, a reply from someone who matters, anything touching pricing or security. Two lines. Never saved up for the report.

24 hours before every meeting

Half a page on who you're about to meet - who they are, what they said to us in their own words, and what they're likely to ask.

Every month

What happened, what we changed, what we need from you - capped at three asks, each with a default so you're never the bottleneck.

Every quarter

What we've learned about your market, which segments we killed, the objections that keep recurring, and a paragraph you can paste into a board update.

Fit

We're the wrong choice for a few people. Worth saying early.

Next step

Thirty minutes on who you're trying to reach.

Come with your five dream accounts. We'll come with real people at those companies and the actual messages we'd send them - so you can judge the work rather than the pitch. If it looks like a fit, we'll map your ICP properly and come back with numbers.

We take on two new clients a quarter.
